How do eSIMs work?

How long is my eSIM valid for?

Our package validity ranges from 7, 15, to 30 days, depending on the type of package you have purchased.

Does my validity start after installation or activation?

Your validity only begins upon activation. Installation alone does not start the usage of your plan.

Can I pause the usage of my eSIM?

Yes, you can pause your eSIM usage by turning off the data roaming toggle. However, your validity days would still continue to run even while it’s paused.

What happens when my eSIM data runs out before the validity ends?

Once your data is fully consumed, your eSIM cannot be used any further even if the validity period has not ended. To continue usage, you would need to top up or purchase a new package. The validity days only refer to the maximum duration of usage once the eSIM is activated.

Can I pause my validity period if I don’t use the eSIM every day?

No, even if you pause your eSIM, the validity days duration continues to run and cannot be stopped.

If I buy multiple packages, do their validity periods stack?

No, purchasing multiple packages does not extend or combine the validity periods of each eSIM.

If I have leftover data, can I still use it after the validity ends?

No, your eSIM will no longer be active once the validity period has expired, even if there is leftover data remaining.

How to check how much I have used my plan?

You would receive an SMS and app notification once your eSIM reaches 50% usage. The remaining data usage percentages and app notifications (50%, 20%, 10%) would also be shown in your 'My eSIM' details'.

Would I receive notifications when my eSIM data is running low or has finished? How can I check it myself?

You would receive an SMS and app notification once your eSIM remaining data reaches 50%. More detailed usage percentages and app notifications (50%, 20%, 10%) would be shown in your 'My eSIM' details.

Can I top up my eSIM after the data is finished? Do I need to reinstall it?

You can top up your eSIM after it has finished, and there is no need to reinstall it as the new data would be added to your existing eSIM.

Do the validity days shown on my eSIM mean that my quota would be reset daily?

The validity days indicate the active period of your eSIM only. Your quota is fixed and provided one time in the start, it does not reset daily.
